Returns & Exchanges Policy
In order to return an item, you need to contact Rofunshop's customer service via email: [email protected] to obtain the returen informations.
Place the original package into a shipping carton.
Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect.
Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it for a refund within 30 days from shipping from our warehouse (excluding shipping and handling charges)
Note: Rofunshop’s return and exchange requirements are that the protective film of the steel watch strap cannot be removed, the leather watch strap must not have signs of wear, and the watch case must not be worn. Otherwise, the factory will not accept returns or exchanges, and will only provide warranty service
Return Eligibility
All returned or exchanged items must be:
Returned within 30 Days.
In their original packaging.
Must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
Ship via insured ground service (USPS or UPS) with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
We reserve the right to refuse any return if there are:
Any signs of wear.
Parts of the item are missing.
If there are any noticeable discrepancies or damages when receiving your purchase, or if the wrong item was delivered, please contact us via [email protected] within 5 days when you get the items.
